Italian Herb Rotini with Kielbasa & Butternut Squash

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Melt Saute Express squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
  4. Add squash.
  5. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add zucchini; cook 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add kielbasa; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until squash and zucchini are tender.
  8. Stir cooked pasta and tomatoes into skillet until pasta is coated.
  9. Cook 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  10. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese just before serving.
