Japanese Lamb For Crockpot

  1. Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook all day on LOW.
  2. Notes: This workes great on cheap stew lamb; it actually takes away the strong lamb taste.
  3. Defat the crockpot juices, thicken with cornstarch, and used it on green beans.
  4. That with the lamb and some yellow rice make a great dinner.

lamb, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sherry, garlic, ginger ground, chicken broth optional
