Rossini
- 1 pint strawberry
- 750 ml sparkling white wine
- Wash and hull strawberries.
- Puree in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pass through a sieve, if liked.
- Chill in refrigerator at least one hour.
- Pour the chilled strawberry puree into a flute (1/3) and then add chilled sparkling wine (2/3).
