Homemade Egg Muffins
- 4 English muffins
- 4 Eggs
- 4 slice Ham
- 1 Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- Break the English muffins in half with your hands.
- Use a can or something round to fry the eggs in a circular shape.
- Combine the mayonnaise and ketchup to make the sauce.
- Place the lettuce, ham, and egg on the bread and top with the sauce.
- Cocoa Melon Bread.
- Cornmeal Bread.
- Ham & Cheese Rolls.
- Pita Bread.
