Shrimp Pomodoro Pasta
- 12 cup balsamic vinaigrette, Kraft dressing
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb shrimp, cooked and cleaned
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, Kraft 100% grated
- Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add dressing, onions and garlic; cook 2 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes; cook 12 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
- Add shrimp to sauce; cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Drain pasta; toss with shrimp mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
