Easy Gnocchi with Gorgonzola Sauce

  1. Peel the potatoes and microwave to cook.
  2. Mix in the butter and mash while they're still hot.
  3. Add the bread flour and knead well.
  4. Roll up into small balls and press flat with a fork.
  5. Cook in boiling water.
  6. The gnocchi is done when they float up to the top.
  7. Put the heavy cream and gorgonzola cheese into a pan.
  8. Simmer until the cheese melts completely.
  9. Mix the gnocchi into the sauce and you're done.
