Peach Or Strawberry Layered Dessert Recipe

• 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
• 2 c. 10x sugar
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 angel food cake, torn into pcs
• 2 quart. sliced strawberries or possibly peaches
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 3 tbsp. almond liquor (if you like)

1. Mix together almond extract and whipping cream.
2. Whip together vanilla and sugar; add in to cream cheese.
3. Mix in cake pcs to combination of first two steps.
4. Combine fruit choice, almond liquor and 3 Tbsp.
5. sugar.
6. In deep glass bowl layer ingredients starting with fruit and then cake with fruit on top.
7. Cover with Saran wrap and chill.
