Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet
  2. Add the onion and cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute longer
  4. Add the rice and stir fry a little
  5. Add the chicken and the peas, followed by the soy sauce and water
  6. Stir fry a couple of minutes until hot
  7. Make a space in the middle of the rice mixture, and crack the egg white into the space
  8. Allow the egg white to cook a little then mix it into the rice until thoroughly cooked
  9. Dress with the sesame oil and serve immediately
