Maple Glazed Pork Chops

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Add pork chops and shake to coat.
  3. In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in butter.
  4. Place in an ungreased 13-in.
  5. x 9-in.
  6. x 2-in.
  7. baking pan.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 450 for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
  9. Meanwhile, in a skillet, bring the vinegar to a boil.
  10. Reduce heat; add maple syrup.
  11. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  12. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; add to the maple mixture.
  13. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  14. Place chops on a broiler pan; sprinkle with brown sugar.
  15. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 2-3 minutes or until sugar is melted.
  16. Drizzle with maple glaze.
