Crock Pot Stuffed Cabbage

  1. Wash cabbage leaves.
  2. Boil 4 cups water.
  3. Turn heat off.
  4. Soak leaves in water for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove, drain, and cool.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients except tomato paste and water.
  7. Place 2 tablespoons of mixture on each leaf and roll firmly.
  8. Stack in crockpot.
  9. Combine tomato paste and water and pour over stuffed cabbage.
  10. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.
