Mandarin Beef

  1. In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well.
  2. Add beef, stirring to coat.
  3. Cover.
  4. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  5. In a 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  6. Add beef and marinade, and stir-fry until meat is no longer pink.
  7. Remove meat from skillet; set aside.
  8. Add vegetables.
  9. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  10. Return beef to skillet.
  11. Stir-fry until heated.
  12. Serve over rice.
