Caribbean Jerk skirt steak

  1. Cover meat with marinade.
  2. Place in fridge for 10 Minutes or longer
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. Indoors or out, or oven broiler.
  5. Cook meat approximately 4 minutes per side depending on the thickness of your meat.
  6. Or till done to your taste.
  7. Allow to rest about 5 minutes.
  8. Slice thin, against the grain.
  9. Great served with warm flour tortilla.
