Chicken With Wine Recipe

  1. Blend crumbs, flour, seasonings.
  2. Dip chicken breast in water, then dredge in the seasoned crumbs.
  3. Heat half of oil and butter in skillet.
  4. Saute/fry chicken till lightly browned, adding more oil and butter as needed.
  5. Transfer chicken to casserole sprayed with Pam.
  6. Add in wine to skillet, heat 30 seconds.
  7. Blend 2 Tbsp.
  8. flour with 1 c. cool water, add in to wine along with 1/2 c. mushrooms.
  9. Bring to boil and let thicken.
  10. Pour gravy over chicken.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  12. Good served with boiled rice.
