No Bake Hi-Protein Quickie Cookies

  1. Mix dates with 1/2 cup flour.
  2. In cup, dissolve gelatine in water and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, nuts and dates.
  4. In saucepan mix sugar and cocoa.
  5. Add milk and heat until sugar is dissolved.
  6. Add oleo and bring to a boil (just until butter melts).
  7. Add vanilla and maple flavoring.
  8. Add softened gelatin.
  9. Stir and cook about 1 minute.
