Canadian Bacon And Sauerkraut Pizza Recipe
- 1 x (12 ounce) Mama Mary's Gourmet pizza crust
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Ragu Pizza Quick Pizza Sauce
- 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 x -(3.5 ounce) Hormel Pizza style Canadian bacon
- 1 can Bavarian style sauerkraut, (16 ounce) liquid removed well and minced McCormick pizza seasoning optional
- Heat oven to 425 .
- Lightly brush extra virgin olive oil on crust.
- Spread sauce over pizza.
- (I sprinkle McCormick pizza seasoning over sauce).
- Add in cheese.
- Top with Canadian bacon and sauerkraut.
- Bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till cheese is melted and bubbly.
