Chops with Amber Rice

  1. In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place uncooked rice in a 10x12 inch baking dish.
  4. Combine orange juice, water and 1/2 teaspoon salt; pour over rice.
  5. Arrange browned pork chops on top.
  6. Spread soup over all.
  7. Cover and bake in 350F (180C) F oven for 45 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
