Unbaked Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (9 inch) ready to bake graham cracker pie shell
- 1 (14 ounce.) can condensed lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
- Beat softened cream cheese till smooth.
- Continue to whip, while gradually adding condensed lowfat milk.
- Beat in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Spoon into pie shell and chill.
- In saucepan combine pineapple, sugar and cornstarch.
- Stir on medium heat till thick.
- Stir in grenadine and let mix cold.
- Spoon mix on cheese pie and chill at least 2 hrs.
- Pie can be frzn.
