Avocado Salad (Avokadosalat)

  1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients until well incorporated.
  2. Slowly whisk in olive oil until emuslified.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Just before serving, cube avocado and place in serving bowl.
  6. Pour dressing over and gently toss to coat all pieces.
  7. Share with your family only if they can get the bowl away from you!
  8. Note: The dressing can also be used to dress a green salad.
