JD's Deep Fried OREO

• 1 Oil
• 1 Pancake Batter
• 6 Oreo Cookies

1. Prepare your favorite Pancake Batter
2. Heat oil in small skillet
3. Dip cookie in batter and drop in hot oil
4. Allow to cook about 1 min.
5. on each side until golden brown, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
6. Goes great with Ice Cream!
7. I used the left over pancake batter and made funnel cakes while the oil was still hot.
