Grandpa's Favorite Squirrel & Gravy Recipe

  1. Soak squirrel overnight in salt water.
  2. Put squirrel in large kettle, cover well with cool water.
  3. Add in salt and pepper.
  4. Cook till tender.
  5. (Save about 2 c. of the water (broth) squirrel was cooked in to make the gravy.)
