Guacamole Specialty Recipe

  1. Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium sized bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. Combine lowfat sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning fold in bowl.
  3. To assemble, spread bean dip on large shallow serving platter.
  4. Top with seasoned avocado mix.
  5. Layer with lowfat sour cream and taco mix.
  6. Sprinkle with minced onions, lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
  7. Cover with shredded cheese.
  8. Serve chilled or possibly at room temperature with round tortilla chips.
  9. Makes 20 appetizer servings.
