Rum Pound Cake Recipe
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick butter
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 sm. can Carnation lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon rum, vanilla or possibly lemon flavoring
- Mix sugar, butter, Large eggs, then add in flour and lowfat milk alternately, and add in flavoring.
- Start in cold oven.
- Bake for 1 hour 25 min at 325 degrees.
