Pork Belly Wrapped Tofu
- 8 slice Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- If the pork belly slices are too long, cut them so that they're long enough to wrap around a tofu cube.
- Wrap the pork slices around each tofu cube.
- Season with salt and pepper (not listed) to taste.
- Coat thinly with katakuriko.
- Put them with the wrapped edges down in a frying pan.
- Fry both sides.
- Cover with a lid and steam-cook.
- When they are cooked through, pour in the mentsyu, flip the pork-wrapped tofu pieces in the sauce to allow the sauce to flavor them, cook down for a bit and it's done!
