Crispy Sesame Chicken Recipe
- 6 chicken breasts, split and/or possibly legs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian mix
- 1/2 stick butter
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Dip chicken in combined lowfat milk and egg.
- Coat with combined flour and seasonings.
- Dip in lowfat milk mix again.
- Coat with flour mix again.
- Place in 9 x 13 1/2 inch baking dish.
- Allow chicken coating to dry at room temperature approximately 15 min.
- Dab butter over chicken.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till tender.
