Rhubarb Custard Pie

  1. Arrange rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
  2. Mix together sugar, flour, cream, eggs and water.
  3. Pour over rhubarb.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to 325 and bake another 35-40 minutes or until set.
