Sweet & Spicy Bacon-Maple Oven Pancake

• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Jalapeno Cheese, divided
• 1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup, divided
• 5 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1. Heat oven to 425F.
2. Grease and flour 13x9-inch baking pan.
3. Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended.
4. Stir in baking mix, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/4 cup syrup.
5. Spread into prepared pan.
6. Bake 12 min.
7. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon; bake 3 min.
9. until cheese is melted.
10. Drizzle with remaining syrup.
