Floating Chilli Soy Dipping Sauce

• 8 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
• 1 teaspoon chili oil
• 12 teaspoon chili flakes

1. Mix all the ingredients together well and serve.
2. The chilli flakes ae optional, but look and taste wonderful.
