Raspberry (Or Blueberry) Chicken

  1. For the chicken:.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Combine thyme, sage, and pepper.
  4. Rub over chicken.
  5. Bake covered for for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
  6. For the sauce:.
  7. In a saucepan, combine jam, orange juice, and vinegar.
  8. Bring to a boil, boil for 2 minutes.
  9. Serve sauce with chicken.
