Sooji Halwa
- 100 g semolina (Sooji)
- 3 small green cardamoms (Ilaichi)
- almonds, crushed (Badaam)
- cashews, churshed (Kaaju)
- 100 g low calorie sweetener
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Heat the ghee or oil and roast the semolina in the oil until it turns light brown and it gives a nice aroma on a very sim/low heat.
- Add water and let it absorb.
- Add sugar and stir gently.
- Add nuts.
- Mix and take off heat.
