Cafe Mocha Java from the Plaza Hotel

• 4 12 cups hot coffee
• 4 12 cups hot cocoa
• 1 cup sweetened whipped cream (to garnish)

1. Combine coffee and cocoa in a chafing dish.
2. Heat, but do not boil.
3. Ladle into coffee cups or mugs and top with whipped cream.
4. Coffee and chocolate together!
