Whole Wheat & Healthy Banana Nut Bread
- 2 cups whole wheat pancake mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 4 medium bananas, mashed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 13 cup flax seed meal
- 23 cup rolled barley
- 14 cup agave nectar
- 12 cup walnuts
- 1 12 cups water
- mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Add eggs, olive oil, agave nectar, and water.
- Mix well.
- Stir in mashed bananas and walnuts.
- Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool, cut into slices and serve.
