Qunioa & Flax Seed Cabbage Rolls

  1. I put my cabbage head in the freezer.
  2. The day before I wanted to cook I took the cabbage out and let thaw overnight.
  3. The leaves are softened and easy to stuff and roll.
  4. Mix together all ingredients except for the cabbage.
  5. Lay out one cabbage leaf and fill with chicken mixture.
  6. (I used an 1 oz scoop.)
  7. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  8. Mix together spaghetti sauce and water.
  9. Place rolls seam side down in baking dish with 1 cup tomato sauce on the bottom.
  10. Top with remaining sauce.
  11. Bake for 20-25 mins or until cooked through.
