Brie with Red Wine, Thyme and Mushrooms Recipe boncooking

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place brie in an oven safe dish and set aside.
  3. Rub each slice of baguette with olive oil, and bake for 8-10 min.
  4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add mushrooms, cook until browned, add thyme.
  5. Stir until fragrant and add wine.
  6. Top brie with mushroom mixture, and bake for 10-15minutes.
  7. Serve with warm crostini and spoons.
  8. Enjoy!
