Pumpkin Granola

  2. In a medium bowl, mix: pumpkin, milk, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla, and seasonings.
  3. Whisk together well.

  5. Add oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and stevia.
  6. Mix until oats and nuts are evenly coated.
  7. 3.)
  8. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Spread granola out in a thin layer over the baking sheet.
  10. Bake at 275 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  11. Cook a little longer for more crunchy granola, or a little shorter for chewy granola.
  12. Stir in raisins after granola comes out of oven.
  13. Keep in airtight container!
