Vegetable Pizza - Robin Mcdonald
- 2 crescent roll dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 13 cup mayonnaise (or miracle whip)
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 cup broccoli, chopped up
- 12 cup cauliflower, chopped up
- 14 cup radishes or 14 cup onion
- 14 cup cucumber, chopped up
- 12 cup tomatoes, chopped up
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Press crescent rolls into jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, mayonaise and garlic powder.
- spread mixture on cooled crust.
- Top with vegetables and cheese and chill.
