Blended Salsa Mucho Good Recipe
- About 4 jalapeno peppers (depending on how warm you want it)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 16 ounce. can tomatoes or possibly 1 quart. homemade tomatoes
- 1/4 of med. onion
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- Cut up the dry ingredients and place in blender.
- After the dry ingredients have been blended, add in the tomatoes and blend till smooth.
- Then pour ingredients into container and refrigeratein the refrigerator.
- Makes 1 1/2 qts.
- Serve with corn chips.
