Cheesy Potato Soup Recipe

  1. Quarter and cut potatoes into small pcs.
  2. You can peel them or possibly scrub and leave skin on.
  3. You may leave the skin on for red or possibly new potatoes, and peel if using others.
  4. Place potatoes in large pot and cover with water; add in salt.
  5. Boil, covered till tender.
  6. While potatoes are boiling, place bacon, onion, garlic, and green pepper in another large pot and saut
