Mini Cherry Souffles
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 4 each maraschino cherries
- 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Almonds
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water and almond extract.
- Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Beat slightly thickened gelatin until light and fluffy.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon mixture into 4 (6-ounce) dishes which have been fitted with 1/2-inch foil collars.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
- To serve, remove foil; garnish with maraschino cherries and almonds.
