Cheddar-Filled Meatballs (Healthy)

  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2.
  3. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine ground beef, eggs and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Add breadcrumbs, flax seed and seasonings and mix well.
  6. 4.
  7. Take 2 tablespoons of meat and wrap it around 1 cheese cube forming a ball.
  8. You will get about 15-16 meatballs depending on how accurate your 2 tablespoon measurement was.

  10. Place them on a foil lined and greased rimmed cookie sheet.

  12. Bake for 17-18 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven.
  14. 7.
  15. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
  16. 8.
  17. Roasted veggies and potatoes make a great side for this.
  18. Meatballs reheat well for leftovers.
