Pork with Apples

  1. Coat pork in 2 tablespoons flour.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in heavy nonstick skillet over high heat.
  3. Add cutlets; cook 1 minute per side.
  4. Transfer to platter.
  5. Add remaining tablespoon butter to skillet.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-high.
  7. Add shallot and apple; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
  8. Add apples cider and broth; cook 3 minutes or until apples are tender.
  9. Whisk together remaining tablespoon flour and cream in small bowl.
  10. Stir into skillet.
  11. Add salt and pepper; cook, stirring, 3 minutes or until thickened.
  12. Pour over pork cutlets.
  13. Garnish with parsley.
