Pecan Pie Recipe with Orange Juice - Orange Pecan Pie

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs.
  3. Add molasses, corn syrup, orange juice, orange peel and vanilla.
  4. Beat until well blended.
  5. Stir in pecans.
  6. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
  8. Cool.
  9. Serve with whipped cream.
