Strawberry Cobbler
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries, plus berry for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 2 mint leaves
- 2 slices fresh ginger, slivered, juiced in garlic press
- 2 ounces Dolin blanc vermouth
- 1 ounce soda water
- In large wineglass, muddle strawberries, sugar, mint and ginger juice.
- Add vermouth, 1/2 cup ice cubes and soda.
- Stir and garnish with whole berry.
