Cheesy Breakfast Buns

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
  4. or until tender.
  5. Stir in spinach; cook 2 to 3 min.
  6. or until liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Cut thin slice off top of each bun; hollow out inside, leaving 3/4-inch-thick shell.
  9. Reserve removed bread and tops for another use.

  11. Place buns on baking sheet.
  12. Fill with layers of meat, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the vegetable mixture.
  13. Crack 1 egg over filling in each bun; cover with foil.
  14. Bake 15 min.
  15. or until eggs are set; top with remaining cheese.
  16. Bake, uncovered, 3 min.
  17. or until cheese is melted.
  18. Let stand 3 min.
  19. before serving.
