Cheesy Breakfast Buns
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 4 whole wheat kaiser buns (unsplit)
- 50 g deli reduced-sodium ham, chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Light Medium Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 4 eggs
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- or until tender.
- Stir in spinach; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Cut thin slice off top of each bun; hollow out inside, leaving 3/4-inch-thick shell.
- Reserve removed bread and tops for another use.

- Place buns on baking sheet.
- Fill with layers of meat, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the vegetable mixture.
- Crack 1 egg over filling in each bun; cover with foil.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until eggs are set; top with remaining cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, 3 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Let stand 3 min.
- before serving.
