Black-Raspberry Gimlet

  1. In a chilled martini glass, using the handle of a wooden spoon, muddle the lime juice with the sugar.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice.
  3. Add the gin and Chambord and shake well.
  4. Strain the gimlet into the glass and serve.
