Bay Country Crab Soup Recipe
- 1 lb Beef shin, bone-in
- 3 quart Water
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 2 lrg Stalks celery, minced
- 1 x 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 pkt Frzn mixed vegetables, (10 ounce)
- 1 pkt Fresh or possibly frzn mixed soup vegetables
- 1 lb Maryland regular crabmeat
- 1/2 lb Maryland claw crabmeat, 8 ozs
- Put first 8 ingredients in a large pot and simmer covered, till meat is tender, about three hrs.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer covered till vegetables are done.
