Biscuits de Gingembre et de Cardamome

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Put the sugar, butter, and honey in a saucepan and heat.
  3. When the sugar is melted and well mixed, stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, cardamom, and candied ginger.
  4. Remove from the heat, and cool for a few minutes.
  5. Drop teaspoons of the batter onto the baking sheets.
  6. Flatten them slightly, so that they resemble small disks.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until they are golden.
  8. They will harden as they cool, so do not overcook.
