Butterscotch Tiger Butter
- 11 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/4 cup peanuts optional, chopped
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- Lightly spray an 8 by 8 inch square casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Over low-heat in a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter and butterscotch chips together.
- Once melted, fold in the rice crispy cereal and chopped peanuts if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
- In a double-boiler, melt the chocolate chips.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top in the desired pattern.
- Using a knife or fork swirl the pattern and create your tiger's stripes.
- Chill.
- Cut into small squares.
