Chilled Avacado and Cucumber Soup

  1. Puree heavy cream, avacado, cucumber, lime juice, chicken stock, plain yogurt, garlic, sour cream, dill and parlsey to a fine smooth consistency.
  2. Whisk in milk until desired consistency.
  3. add salt and pepper.
  4. refrigerate for 45 mins, serve in chilled bowls and garnish with mint.
