Bar B Q Polish Sausage Recipe
- 2 lbs. Kielbasa
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- Boil sausage till done.
- Combine all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer 2-3 min.
- (Double the sauce recipe if your Kielbasa is large.)
- When sausage is done, cold slightly and slice into bite-size pcs.
- Combine sausage and sauce; cover and chill for at least 24 hrs.
- Heat and serve.
