Scalloped Potatoes Florentine Recipe

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients except 1/2 c. cheese and the potatoes.
  2. In a buttered casserole, layer sauce alternately with potatoes, beginning and ending with sauce.
  3. Cover, bake 1 hour and 10 min at 375 degrees.
  4. Uncover; sprinkle with reserved cheese.
  5. Bake an additional 15 min.
